Sweet Red Chili Marinated Salmon

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons Sweet Red Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 lbs boneless salmon fillets

DIRECTIONS

  1. In large bowl, whisk together lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, Sweet Red Chili Sauce, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, honey and salt.
  2. Add salmon. Marinate skin side up for 1-2 hours.
  3. Place oven rack on next to top setting. In ovenproof casserole dish, broil salmon skin side down or until it just begins to brown, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with juices from bottom of pan poured over top of fish.
