INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons Sweet Red Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 lbs boneless salmon fillets
DIRECTIONS
- In large bowl, whisk together lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, Sweet Red Chili Sauce, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, honey and salt.
- Add salmon. Marinate skin side up for 1-2 hours.
- Place oven rack on next to top setting. In ovenproof casserole dish, broil salmon skin side down or until it just begins to brown, about 10 minutes.
- Serve with juices from bottom of pan poured over top of fish.
