INGREDIENTS

2 cups plain nonfat yogurt* 1 tablespoon Coconut Ginger Soup Base *Variation: Sour cream can be substituted for nonfat yogurt.

DIRECTIONS

  1. In small bowl, combine yogurt and Coconut Ginger Soup Base.
  2. Mix together until smooth.
  3. Chill for several hours or overnight.
