A light and delightful dessert after a spicy meal!
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites 1/3 cup sugar 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk 3/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixer, beat egg whites and sugar until thick and sugar is dissolved.
- Add Coconut Milk, crushed pineapple and flaked coconut. Mix well.
- Fit the blade into the freezer cylinder and pour mixture in.
- Follow the manufacturers's instructions for the ice cream machine.
