1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, divided
4 rolls

  3. Form each portion into a ball and, using both thumbs, make a depression in center. Fill depression with 2-3 teaspoons of Gorgonzola. Mold turkey around cheese pressing patty flat. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high. Just before grilling brush grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Grill burgers 5-6 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
