INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine sugar, vinegar, Fish Sauce and Red Curry in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and turn down to a low simmer. Stir occasionally until reduced to 1/2-2/3 cup (about 16-18 minutes).
- Drizzle over grilled chicken or fish. Serve garnished with crushed peanuts and chopped cilantro for a true Thai touch.
