1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, sliced thin 6 cloves garlic 3/4 cup uncooked lentils, rinsed 2 cups water Juice of 1/2 lemon 4 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce2-14 oz cans vegetable broth Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add lentils, water, lemon juice and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.
Cook over medium low heat, adding vegetable broth as needed until lentils are tender, about 30 minutes.
