Bangkok Seafood Soup
This hearty soup is a special family meal or fancy enough for company! Minced ginger and lemon grass combined with A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk and Red Curry impart a quintessential Thai flavor to the seafood and broth.
Yam Som-O (Pomelo Salad)
Pomelos resemble giant grapefruits, but are sweeter. They pair nicely with shrimp, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce and Fish Sauce in this traditional Thai salad.
Grilled Spatchcocked Curried Chicken
By cutting out the backbone and flattening a whole chicken (hence the name ‘Spatchcocked’) it grills in half the time of roasting.  Red Curry Paste, mixed with Fish Sauce and herbs, creates a moist chicken with an exceptional flavor.
Baked Spatchcocked Curried Chicken
By cutting out the chicken’s backbone and pressing it flat (hence the name ‘Spatchcocked’) it bakes more quickly and evenly.  Red Curry Paste, mixed with Fish Sauce and herbs, creates a moist chicken with an exceptional flavor. We added potatoes for a more complete dinner!
Watercress and Spinach Salad
This refreshing main course salad has quintessential Thai flavors; Fish Sauce and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce add the authentic saltiness and heat with a touch of garlic.
Sriracha Frittata
Thai people love eggs in any form (actually … who doesn’t) in omelets or custards, fried or scrambled. We made a healthy, mostly egg-white frittata (yes, we know that’s Italian) using favorite Thai flavors and Garlic Chili Pepper (Sriracha) Sauce to spice it up. It’s perfect for breakfast or a casual dinner!
Garlic Chili Pepper Sliders
These fabulous tasting gourmet burgers have only 4 added ingredients mixed into 90% lean ground beef. Our Fish sauce adds flavor that salt alone cannot and the balanced heat of Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce brings these sliders to new heights of flavor!
Curried Pork Banh Mi
This popular Vietnamese sandwich is a product of French colonialism and Indonesian influences. We upped the ante by adding Thai Red Curry Paste and Fish Sauce to the ground pork. It’s divine!
