  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1-13.5oz can Coconut Milk
  • 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Optional: cooked Jasmine Rice

Directions

  2. Add beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry until the meat barely turns color (keep rare). Transfer to plate.
  3. Add onion and garlic to drippings in skillet. Stir-fry until lightly browned.
  4. Add peas, Coconut Milk, Peanut Sauce Mix and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
  5. Add beef, with accumulated juices, to skillet and stir until just warmed through. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve over Jasmine Rice.
