Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce heats up this peanut infused sauce for an amazing beef stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/4 lbs skirt or flank steak, cut into thin diagonal slices
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas (or snow peas)
  • 1-13.5oz can Coconut Milk
  • 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Optional: cooked Jasmine Rice

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over a medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry until the meat barely turns color (keep rare). Transfer to plate.
  3. Add onion and garlic to drippings in skillet. Stir-fry until lightly browned.
  4. Add peas, Coconut Milk, Peanut Sauce Mix and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
  5. Add beef, with accumulated juices, to skillet and stir until just warmed through. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve over Jasmine Rice.
