Microwave according to box instructions. Stir in tofu and scallions at the end of step three.
Microwave for one minute more. Close carton, let rest 1 minute. Serve immediately.
Stove-Top Directions:
Add 1 cup water (or to fill line on inside of box) to saucepan.
Add content of all envelopes.
While stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer 4 minutes. Just before noodles are done add tofu and scallions. Stir gently, serve when heated through and noodles are tender.
