Grilled Edamame

Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce gives a spicy flavor to these lightly charred Edamame.

Ingredients

  • 1-16 oz bag frozen Edamame in pods, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to high. Pour Edamame into a pot. Add oil and toss until well covered. Sprinkle with salt (to taste) and toss again. Pour into a grill basket.
  2. Grill Edamame until slightly charred (blackened in spots) tossing to turn about half way through grilling. While Edamame is grilling add Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce and butter to pot (that you used to oil Edamame) and heat on low until butter is melted.
  3. Add charred Edamame to pot and toss until evenly coated in Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce mixture. Serve.
