Lemon Grass Chicken

A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce gives this chicken a beautiful glaze.


  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 lemon grass hearts, minced
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 scallions, chopped


  1. In large fry pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, lemon grass hearts, Sweet Chili Sauce, Fish Sauce and onion. Sauté for 3 minutes to make a glaze.
  3. Add chicken and scallions. Cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
