This is an easy but special recipe which can be made ahead.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb port wine cheese
  • 1/2-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix, 1 inner envelope
  • 2 cups chopped dry roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Roll cheese into ball or log.
  2. Roll cheese in Peanut Sauce Mix.
  3. Roll and press cheese into chopped nuts.
  4. Chill for one hour.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
