This glaze turns plain pork loin, grilled chicken or fish into something extraordinary. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro for an extra Thai touch!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • *Optional garnish: Crushed peanuts and or chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, vinegar, Fish Sauce and Red Curry in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and turn down to a low simmer. Stir occasionally until reduced to 2/3 cup (about 16-18 minutes).
  2. Drizzle over pork loin, grilled chicken or fish.
