Our Red Curry Paste blends well with these other ingredients to make a zesty marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro or basil
  • 1/4 cup A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 6 scallions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1-1.75 oz box A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Directions

  1. Blend oil, vinegar, water, cilantro or basil, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, scallions, garlic, Red Curry Paste and brown sugar in blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup marinade for dipping and pour remainder in bowl. Marinate beef, pork, chicken, lamb or fish for two hours or more.
  3. Bake, roast or broil as desired.
