Fresh ginger and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce give this Thai dressing an extra kick. It’s especially good on green salads and broccoli slaw.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk, divided
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Add 1/2 cup Coconut Milk, oil, ginger and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining 1/2 cup coconut milk and salt. Blend until mixed.
  3. Pour mixture into saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium-high heat.
  4. Stirring, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Chill and serve.
