Thai Vegetable Relish

This is a zero fat recipe and is delicious as a condiment on burgers or sandwiches. It gets its heat from jalapeño peppers and A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1-2 jalapeĂƒÂ±o peppers, minced*
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce
  • Salt
  • *Note: For less heat, remove seeds from the jalapeĂƒÂ±o peppers.

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine tomato, red bell pepper, basil, jalapeĂƒÂ±o peppers, garlic, rice vinegar, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, Fish Sauce and salt to taste.
  2. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
