These fabulous tasting gourmet burgers have only 4 added ingredients mixed into 90% lean ground beef. Our Fish sauce adds flavor that salt alone cannot and the balanced heat of Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce brings these sliders to new heights of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup minced shallots (packed)
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs 90% lean ground beef

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grill grates with tongs, holding a paper towel saturated in oil.
  2. Add shallots, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, garlic and Fish Sauce to a medium bowl. Mix well and add ground beef. Mix lightly with fork until all ingredients are incorporated. Using a 1/3 cup measure for uniform patties, lightly pack with meat mixture and then shape into a patty.
  3. Grill 3-4 minutes each side and serve on slider rolls, if desired, and any condiment you wish.
