Ingredients

  • 1-9 oz jar chutney
  • 2 tablespoons white or rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon A Taste of Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 1/2 English cucumber, diced with seeds removed
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix chutney, vinegar and Green Curry Paste until blended.
  2. Stir in cucumber and red bell pepper. Mix well and serve.
