Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
Directions
- In a bowl, combine cilantro, peanut oil, lime juice, salt, sugar and Sweet Chili Sauce.
- Whisk together well and chill.
- Serve on your favorite salads.
