Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine cilantro, peanut oil, lime juice, salt, sugar and Sweet Chili Sauce.
  2. Whisk together well and chill.
  3. Serve on your favorite salads.
