Spice up traditional baked chicken with A Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix and Coconut Milk.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
  • 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix (both inner envelopes)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • Optional: chopped cilantro and lime wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Add Peanut Sauce Mix (both inner envelopes), Coconut Milk and Fish Sauce to baking dish. Whisk until smooth. Add chicken, coating both sides of chicken in peanut sauce mixture.
  2. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until done (160°F on meat thermometer). Spoon extra sauce over rice, potatoes or pasta.
