Baked Peanut Fish Fillets

This is a great alternative to fried fish.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Coat fish with Peanut Sauce Mix, both inner envelopes.
  3. Place in pan and sprinkle any leftover Peanut Sauce Mix over top of fish.
  4. Bake until fish is cooked through, about 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
