This is a great alternative to fried fish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs fish fillets
- 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Coat fish with Peanut Sauce Mix, both inner envelopes.
- Place in pan and sprinkle any leftover Peanut Sauce Mix over top of fish.
- Bake until fish is cooked through, about 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
