1/2-8 oz package (4 oz) cream cheese, room temperature (regular or 1/3 less fat)
1-7 fl oz jar Peanut Satay Sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
Optional: Chopped peanuts and cilantro
Directions
Fill bottom of crock pot with potatoes and layer with onions. Top onions with chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
Beat cheese and Peanut Satay Sauce in a medium bowl until combined. Add lime juice to empty jar and cover. Shake until sauce (left on jar sides) and lime juice are mixed. Pour into peanut satay mixture.
Beat mixture until smooth and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Serve with chopped peanuts and cilantro, if desired.
