This super-easy chicken recipe uses our Spicy Peanut Bake and some basic pantry items for a hearty, delicious entrée, ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1-3.5 oz box Spicy Peanut Bake
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Oil a shallow baking dish.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish and pat tops dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes) and mustard in a small bowl until combined.
  4. Spoon mixture evenly over each chicken breast. Bake 25 minutes or until juices run clear (160°F on a meat thermometer). Serve.
