With A Taste of Thai Pad Thai Sauce, this recipe takes only 5 minutes to prepare. Authentic tamarind combined with other flavors gives a rich sweet, salty and sour taste, which is so typical of Thai food.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 1/4 lbs salmon
  • 1-3.25 oz box Pad Thai Sauce
  • Optional: lime wedges and chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a snug fitting, low sided pan or baking dish.
  2. Place salmon in pan (skin side down) and evenly spread Pad Thai Sauce over salmon.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until salmon is moist but opaque, and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro if desired.
