Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce adds spice to this versatile white fish.
Ingredients
- 4 large tilapia fillets
- 1-15 oz can Mandarin oranges*, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- Optional: cooked Jasmine Rice or Rice Noodles
- * 2 skinned and chopped naval oranges or 4 fresh Mandarin oranges can be substituted for canned Mandarin oranges
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Oil a 9 X 13 inch baking dish and place fillets in dish.
- Mix oranges, cilantro, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, lime juice, ginger and sesame oil in medium size bowl.
- Spoon mixture over fillets and bake, uncovered for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve tilapia as is or with a side of Jasmine Rice or Rice Noodles.
