Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce adds spice to this versatile white fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tilapia fillets
  • 1-15 oz can Mandarin oranges*, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • Optional: cooked Jasmine Rice or Rice Noodles
  • * 2 skinned and chopped naval oranges or 4 fresh Mandarin oranges can be substituted for canned Mandarin oranges

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Oil a 9 X 13 inch baking dish and place fillets in dish.
  2. Mix oranges, cilantro, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, lime juice, ginger and sesame oil in medium size bowl.
  3. Spoon mixture over fillets and bake, uncovered for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve tilapia as is or with a side of Jasmine Rice or Rice Noodles.
