Lemon Grass Chicken

A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce gives this chicken a beautiful glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 lemon grass hearts, minced
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 scallions, chopped
Directions
- In large fry pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic, lemon grass hearts, Sweet Chili Sauce, Fish Sauce and onion. Sauté for 3 minutes to make a glaze.
- Add chicken and scallions. Cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
