Sweet and spicy combine to make a succulent and tasty chicken dish. This one’s ready in 30 minutes, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1-3.5 oz box Spicy Peanut Bake
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Oil a shallow baking dish.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish and pat tops dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes), marmalade and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce in a small bowl until combined.
  4. Spoon mixture evenly over each chicken breast. Bake for 25 minutes or until juices run clear (160°F on a meat thermometer). Serve.
