Pad Thai Noodles Quick Meal with Egg

Customize your Quick Meal by adding an egg, chopped scallions and extra peanuts.   See side of box for additional suggestions, variations are limitless.

Ingredients

  • 1-5.75 oz box Pad Thai Noodles Quick Meal
  • 1 large egg
  • 2-3 tablespoons scallions
  • Optional: Chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Microwave Directions:
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes according to box instructions. Add egg and poke a hole in yolk (don’t scramble).
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, add scallions and stir well. Close carton, let rest 1 minute. Sprinkle with extra chopped nuts, if desired. Serve immediately
  4. Stove-Top Directions:
  5. Add 1 cup water (or to fill line on inside of box) to saucepan.
  6. Add content of all envelopes, except peanuts.
  7. While stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer 4 minutes. Just before noodles are done, add egg and scallions. Stir gently, until egg is cooked through and noodles are tender.
  8. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve immediately.
