Microwave for 3 minutes according to box instructions. Add egg and poke a hole in yolk (don’t scramble).
Microwave for 1 minute, add scallions and stir well. Close carton, let rest 1 minute. Sprinkle with extra chopped nuts, if desired. Serve immediately
Stove-Top Directions:
Add 1 cup water (or to fill line on inside of box) to saucepan.
Add content of all envelopes, except peanuts.
While stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer 4 minutes. Just before noodles are done, add egg and scallions. Stir gently, until egg is cooked through and noodles are tender.
Sprinkle with peanuts and serve immediately.
