Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce and Peanut Sauce Mix make a hot and spicy Thai barbecue sauce. It’s perfect for shrimp, pork or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1 lb extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
  • Optional: cooked Jasmine Rice and chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Peanut Sauce Mix (both inner envelopes) and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.
  2. Skewer shrimp and place in a flat baking dish.
  3. Brush shrimp with barbecue sauce on both sides.
  4. Grill or broil until done, about 2-3 minutes on each side, basting with remaining sauce.
  5. Serve with rice and sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
