Red Curry Beef and Peppers

This is a quick and easy Thai stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef round tip steaks
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green), cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Cut beef into strips. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in skillet or wok on medium high heat.
  3. Add Red Curry Paste and stir-fry briefly to soften and blend.
  4. Add beef and stir-fry 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add red and green peppers, Fish Sauce and sugar. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve with Jasmine Rice.
