Red Curry Beef and Peppers

This is a quick and easy Thai stir-fry.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef round tip steaks
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
- 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green), cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Cut beef into strips. Set aside.
- Heat oil in skillet or wok on medium high heat.
- Add Red Curry Paste and stir-fry briefly to soften and blend.
- Add beef and stir-fry 3-5 minutes.
- Add red and green peppers, Fish Sauce and sugar. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Serve with Jasmine Rice.
