A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce add zip to roasted broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs broccoli crowns
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1-3.5 oz box Spicy Peanut Bake

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl mix olive oil and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.
  3. Cut broccoli into bite size flowerettes cutting down stem to make spears.
  4. Toss the broccoli with the oil and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce mixture. Mix until pieces are coated.
  5. Add the Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes) and toss together until broccoli is covered.
  6. Spread broccoli on cookie sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15+ minutes or until pieces are tipped with brown edges and stalks are tender crisp.
  7. Transfer to serving platter and serve.
