This simple side goes well with any spicy dish. The subtle Jasmine Rice flavor adds just the right touch.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups cooked and cooled A Taste of Thai Jasmine Rice*
- 1-2 teaspoons A Taste of Thai Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 cups peas, frozen or fresh
- *One cup uncooked Jasmine Rice makes three cups cooked rice.
Directions
- In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add Rice, Fish Sauce, garlic powder and black pepper to taste. Sauté until ingredients are hot. Stir in peas and sauté until heated through. Serve.
