Spicy Peanut Baked Brussels Sprouts

Even people who don’t like Brussels sprouts love them when baked with A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake.

Ingredients

  • 2-10 oz packages of Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2-3.5 oz box A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with parchment.
  2. Trim ends of Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outside leaves. Cut in half and place in bowl. Toss with oil until coated.
  3. Sprinkle with one inner envelope of Spicy Peanut Bake and toss until coated. Spread Brussels sprouts evenly onto baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
