These hot and sweet carrots have a delicious peanut flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs carrots, peeled and thinly sliced*
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-3.5 oz box A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake
  • Optional: chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with parchment.
  2. Place carrots in a large bowl and toss with oil until coated.
  3. Sprinkle with Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes) and toss until coated. Spread carrots evenly onto baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until carrots are done.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
