The wonderful peanut flavor of this chicken will leave family and friends begging for more.
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil or spray
- 2 lbs chicken pieces with bone
- 1-3.5 oz box Spicy Peanut Bake, both inner envelopes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat chicken with Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes.)
- Place in ovenproof baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle any excess Spicy Peanut Bake over top of chicken.
- Bake uncovered until done, about 40-50 minutes.
