Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil or spray
  • 2 lbs chicken pieces with bone
  • 1-3.5 oz box Spicy Peanut Bake, both inner envelopes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat chicken with Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes.)
  3. Place in ovenproof baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle any excess Spicy Peanut Bake over top of chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered until done, about 40-50 minutes.
