Spicy Peanut Bake imparts a wonderful peanut flavor to fish.  It will leave family and friends begging for more.  Serve with Jasmine Rice for a traditional Thai touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1-3.5 oz box Spicy Peanut Bake
  • Optional: cooked Jasmine Rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat fish with Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes.) Place in ovenproof baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle any excess Spicy Peanut Bake over top of fish. Bake uncovered until done or fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
