Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with parchment.
Place parsnips in a large bowl and toss with oil until coated.
Sprinkle with Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes) and toss until coated. Spread parsnips evenly onto baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until parsnips are done.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
