A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake intensifies the natural sweetness in parsnips with the addition of heat.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs parsnips, peeled and thinly sliced*
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-3.5 oz box A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with parchment.
  2. Place parsnips in a large bowl and toss with oil until coated.
  3. Sprinkle with Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes) and toss until coated. Spread parsnips evenly onto baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until parsnips are done.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
