A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake with its sweet heat gives sweet potatoes an extra delicious flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1-3.5 oz box A Taste of Thai Spicy Peanut Bake
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with parchment.
- Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Place in a large bowl and toss with oil until coated.
- Sprinkle with Spicy Peanut Bake (both inner envelopes) and toss until coated. Spread sweet potatoes evenly onto baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender and serve.
