This sweet and spicy marinade cooks into a beautifully delectable glaze for salmon.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless salmon fillets
Directions
- In size appropriate baking dish whisk together Sweet Chili Sauce, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, honey, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, and salt.
- Add salmon. Marinate skin side up for 1-2 hours.
- Place oven rack on next to top setting. Turn salmon over (skin side down) and broil until it just begins to brown, about 10 minutes.
- Serve with juices from bottom of dish poured over top of fish.
