Sweet Chili Marinated Salmon

This sweet and spicy marinade cooks into a beautifully delectable glaze for salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless salmon fillets

Directions

  1. In size appropriate baking dish whisk together Sweet Chili Sauce, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, honey, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, and salt.
  2. Add salmon. Marinate skin side up for 1-2 hours.
  3. Place oven rack on next to top setting. Turn salmon over (skin side down) and broil until it just begins to brown, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with juices from bottom of dish poured over top of fish.
