Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Ginger Soup Base
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb swordfish or other firm white fish, thin cut
- 4 hamburger buns or rolls
Directions
- Mix Coconut Ginger Soup Base and mayonnaise until combined.
- Cut fish into four equal pieces.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture on all sides.
- Grill 5 minutes each side or until cooked.
- Serve on buns or rolls.
