A Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix and Coconut Milk make a creamy sauce for these delectable toppings. It’s fusion at its best!
Ingredients
- 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
- 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix
- Olive oil
- 8 oz thick sliced bacon
- 1-15 oz pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 large onion, sliced thinly
- 1-12 oz bottle marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Combine Coconut Milk and Peanut Sauce Mix in a small saucepan and cook according to box directions. Set aside to cool.
- Remove oven racks from oven, leaving bottom rack in. Preheat oven to 475°F. Lightly brush pizza pan with oil.
- Fry bacon until cooked and drain on paper towels. Pat dry and cut into bite size pieces.
- Stretch or roll dough to desired size and thickness. Place on pizza pan. Spread dough with about one cup* of peanut sauce mixture.
- Top peanut sauce with garlic, onion, artichokes and bacon. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until crust is golden and crisp, about 20-25 minutes.
