A Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix and Coconut Milk make a creamy sauce for these delectable toppings. It’s fusion at its best!

Ingredients

  • 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
  • 1-3.5 oz box Peanut Sauce Mix
  • Olive oil
  • 8 oz thick sliced bacon
  • 1-15 oz pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 large onion, sliced thinly
  • 1-12 oz bottle marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Combine Coconut Milk and Peanut Sauce Mix in a small saucepan and cook according to box directions. Set aside to cool.
  2. Remove oven racks from oven, leaving bottom rack in. Preheat oven to 475°F. Lightly brush pizza pan with oil.
  3. Fry bacon until cooked and drain on paper towels. Pat dry and cut into bite size pieces.
  4. Stretch or roll dough to desired size and thickness. Place on pizza pan. Spread dough with about one cup* of peanut sauce mixture.
  5. Top peanut sauce with garlic, onion, artichokes and bacon. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake until crust is golden and crisp, about 20-25 minutes.
