Pad Thai Sauce glazes vegetables to give them contrasting sweet and sour flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 large carrots, peeled and julienned (2 cups)
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1-3.25 oz box Pad Thai Sauce
- 2 cups bean sprouts
Directions
- In large skillet, heat oil over a medium high heat.
- Add garlic. Cook until it begins to soften.
- Add broccoli, carrots and peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender crisp.
- Add Pad Thai Sauce and mix well. Continue cooking 1 minute more. Stir in bean sprouts and serve.
