Pad Thai Sauce glazes vegetables to give them contrasting sweet and sour flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and julienned (2 cups)
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1-3.25 oz box Pad Thai Sauce
  • 2 cups bean sprouts

Directions

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over a medium high heat.
  2. Add garlic. Cook until it begins to soften.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots and peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. Add Pad Thai Sauce and mix well. Continue cooking 1 minute more. Stir in bean sprouts and serve.
