1/2 -8 oz package extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1-8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2/3 cup chopped honey roasted peanuts
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
Directions
Add jalapeño cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce and onion powder to a mixing bowl. Beat until very well incorporated. Spoon onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill wrapped in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mix chopped nuts and cilantro in a pie plate. Roll cheese ball into nut mixture until coated. Serve with favorite crackers. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 days with cilantro and 1 week without cilantro, and just peanut coating.
