Coconut Pineapple Sherbet

A light and delightful dessert after a spicy meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Directions

  1. In a mixer, beat egg whites and sugar until thick and sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add Coconut Milk, crushed pineapple and flaked coconut. Mix well.
  3. Fit the blade into the freezer cylinder and pour mixture in.
  4. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the ice cream machine.
