Coconut-Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie is sweet, with a hint of tart, beautiful in any glass and perfect for the hot weather.

Ingredients

  • 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk, regular* or lite
  • 2 cups cold strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cold banana, sliced
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
  • * If using regular Coconut Milk, add 2 or 3 more ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add Coconut Milk, strawberries, banana, ice cubes, sugar and limeade to a blender. Blend on high speed until very smooth. Serve.
