This smoothie is sweet, with a hint of tart, beautiful in any glass and perfect for the hot weather.
Ingredients
- 1-13.5 oz can Coconut Milk, regular* or lite
- 2 cups cold strawberries, sliced
- 1 cold banana, sliced
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
- * If using regular Coconut Milk, add 2 or 3 more ice cubes
Directions
- Add Coconut Milk, strawberries, banana, ice cubes, sugar and limeade to a blender. Blend on high speed until very smooth. Serve.
