Whisk clam juice, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce and egg in a medium bowl, until mixed. Add crabmeat, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Butter baking dish(es) or shells and fill with crab mixture. Lightly butter tops and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
