1 pound sirloin or flank steak, grilled & thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
Prepare Peanut Salad Dressing Mix according to packet directions. Set aside. Dressing can be served warm or cold.
Lightly toss salad greens, peppers and steak. Divide among 4 plates. Drizzle with Peanut Salad Dressing and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve remaining dressing on side.
