Green Salad with Sliced Beef & Bell Peppers

For the non-red meat eaters in the family … this refreshing salad is equally good served with grilled chicken, seafood or veggies.
Ingredients
- 1-2.9 oz packet Peanut Salad Dressing Mix
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 red pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 green pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 pound sirloin or flank steak, grilled & thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
- Prepare Peanut Salad Dressing Mix according to packet directions. Set aside. Dressing can be served warm or cold.
- Lightly toss salad greens, peppers and steak. Divide among 4 plates. Drizzle with Peanut Salad Dressing and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve remaining dressing on side.
